We continue to be under construction. Rates are subject to change and may vary. Borders may customize needs, designing
their own package. Please contact us for details and contracts.

HORSE BOARDING
• 36' run, 12' covered - $275 per month.
• 12'x12', outdoor stall - $175 per month.
• Pasture board - $200 per month.
• Overnight boarding - $25 per horse, with choice of available space.
Services included with board:
• Stall cleaning, as needed. Horse will be turned out.
• We feed & water, twice daily.
• Use of tack room.
When available:
• Use of designated turn out areas.
• Use of designated riding areas. Indoor and outdoor. Round pen, arena and paths.
Additional, customized, service options (rates will be individually calculated):
• Routine, scheduled, horse grooming
• Grooming, bathing, show preparation
• Exercise, via walking sessions, or other turnout
• Consignment, coordination and show of sale of horse.
• Farrier service.
• Veterinarian care and coordination.
• Horse transportation.
• Medication treatments.
• Tack cleaning & repairs.
• Horse trailer storage, open parking.
• Horse trailer cleaning.
• Overnight parking/camping.

TRAINING
• Currently not accepting outside horses.
• All our horses are started under halter, with much handling and desensitizing. At a young age, they are taught to lead, tie, and groom. Further work is advanced as they become mentally ready. There is regular exposure to children, four wheelers, tractors,
and other animals.

LESSONS
• Individual lessons for youth. $35 per hour. (Individually personalized)
quarter pony• LEVEL 1 - Basic horse safety, handling/ground manners. Get aquainted with a horse. Learn how to safely approach, lead, tie,
quarter pony groom, and handle a horse.
quarter pony• LEVEL 2 - Ground work/driving. Connecting with, lunging and ground driving a horse.
quarter pony• LEVEL 3 - Ground work/warm up & mounting. Sack out a horse, saddling, warm up and step up onto the saddle.
quarter pony• LEVEL 4 - Ground work/proper seat. Mounting, how to sit in the saddle, correct balance, posture and reign action. Getting a
quarter ponyhorse to move out.
quarter pony• LEVEL 5 - Proper seat/handling. Correct balance, getting a horse to move out and respond to cues.
quarter pony• Bareback lessons also available. Learn Balance. Gain confidence.

HORSE LEASING
• Leasing may vary with horse availability and/or individual person skill level.

HORSE AND PONY RIDES
• Solo and/or assisted. $35 per hour.

FUN ON THE FARM
• We offer pony playdates. Horsing around funtime, wtih some direction, but not quite a lesson - instead a relaxed
kind of fun and a little learning.

ARENA RENTALS
• Arena may be available for rent, on a select basis, for group or individual events. Rates determined, according to length
and purpose of use.

SPONSORSHIP

LIABILITY AND RISKS STATEMENT
Horses are naturally prey animals, therefore fear and flight is instinct. Trust by a horse, and human knowledge of horse handling may be gained, though a horse can be unpredictable and capable of causing injury and damage.

Horse handling is not only enjoyable, but also dangerous. There are risks while near horses, such equipment, supplies
and housing. Minor to severe injuries may occur, and death from such injuries is possible.

By visiting these premises, or participating in equine activities or bystanding; this statement acknowledges your understanding that horses and horse activities are dangerous; and that you consider yourself fully advised of such risks
and agree that participation is at your own risk. You agree to accept full responsibility and further agree to hold no one liable.

It is understood that use of these premises is unsupervised and the farm will not be held responsible for you or your bystanders. We accept no responsibility for supervision. While in the presence of farm management, such as for lessons - all possible efforts will be made to provide safety measures and encourage safe behavior by visitors.

We reserve the right to refuse services to any person, at any time.
